Just trying to understand why someone would do this. Even hitting Quicksave actually generates a new and completely separate save, unlike the majority of games that overwrite the previous quicksave. Yea FC2 will never be stable enough to recommend overwriting saves. If space is a concern, just wipe the old ones later.

Everytime i try to open it on steam it shows up the splash and, after a few seconds, it says "Far Cry 2 stopped working". I can't get this to work, dammit. This game is on my personally list of worst games ive ever played. #2 on my all time favs.only game better IMO is Super Mario World. Would rank ocarina of time or link to the past as just *barely* better than super mario world. Far cry 2 for me is up there with dead island and sonic free riders for my worst game of all time list. #8. r4q9.
