The Foxsat-hdr when operated in non-freesat mode will record the HD channels without encryption. The HDR FOX T2 encrypts everything it records and remembers the encryption flag. On copying recordings to usb it checks the flag and if encryption is not required it decrypts on copying to usb. Foxy works by fooling the box the recording does not
I tried it on HDR Fox T2 from HDR_FOX_T2_1.03.12_mod_3.13 to Humax standard 1.03.13. It had Custom FW on it. 'Updated' to 1.03.13 - it updates ok, but on restart fails to see the hard drive - offering to reinitialise it. I ignore the options to initialise/format the hard drive, and just see if the channel switching are ok. Fyi a new version of raydon's vlc player package for the Foxsat HDR is now available in the web-interface repository. This release doesn't contain an update of the actual functionality, however the manual page has been updated - for more details see release post here in the main web-interface thread. 1.

I've checked on the web for various solutions and my setup appears to have all the sharing attributes correctly set up. At least I have a workaround as I can use the Custom Firmware to download a file, but I am curious as to why Win 10 File Manager no longer 'sees' the HDR.

Hello. I have a Humax HDR-FOX T2 which is boot cycling, it started as an intermittent problem but is now permanent. (i.e Start System - Custom Firmware - system start etc). I removed HDD and reinstalled official firmware, which works fine, I unstalled the custom firmware 3.13 and it is working fine. I assume then it is a HDD failure.
Then, using a web browser on a computer connected to the same network as the Humax, enter the IP address which has been assigned to the Humax into the address bar e.g. :- 10.0.0.200 To determine the IP address of your Humax, use the TV On-screen menus to navigate to MENU >> SETTINGS >> SYSTEM >> INTERNET SETTINGS >> CONFIGURE LAN >> IP Address

Humax HDR-Fox T2 Software ::Download; Humax HDCI-2000 Software ::Download; Share to: Post a Comment ZEB KHAN 9 February 2020 at 19:13. Need software file of Humax

Apologies for bumping an old thread, feel free to move if necessary, but i'm having the same problem and wondered if there's anything further i need to check before ringing Humax. Humax HDR Fox T2 - firmware 1.02.32 Panasonic TX P42X10B Initial break up over HDMI - intermittent signal loss (momentary). Changed V format - solved for a day
On the Custom Firmware HDR Fox T2 box, there was a download facility that used to do this. There is no custom firmware for the FVP-4000T, or any other Humax box other than HDR-FOX T2, HD-FOX T2, and FOXSAT. You need to understand that not only are recordings encrypted on disk (as before), the whole disk is encrypted.
