Try using this command: cdrdao read-cd -v 2 --device 1,0,0 --read-raw --datafile imagen.bin imagen.toc. If it's just raw (i.e. no header) audio, this is a simple A-law file. Change the extension to either .al or .la depending on which way round your bits are (.la is inverse bit order), then try again.
